Noa's Ark Projects:
Re-Imagine Peace

“Re-Imagine Peace” is a multidisciplinary music and cultural event taking place in Cascine Park, Florence over the weekend of May 9-10, 2026. Curated by internationally acclaimed artists Noa (Achinoam Nini) and guitarist Gil Dor, and presented by Noa’s Ark Foundation, the event brings together Israeli, Palestinian and international artists, thinkers, and peacebuilders, to shine a light on those working tirelessly to build bridges between our divided communities and re-imagine the future.
The event seeks to generate hope, in a time where division, polarization and fear propelled through social media, heighten the feeling of isolation, threat and desperation. “Re-Imagine Peace” is a call to awaken hearts and minds — to listen to each other’s narratives, pain and potential in one of the most entrenched and heartbreaking conflicts of our time. We seek to put wind in the sails of all those who harness their talent and creativity positively and courageously, in the pursuit of understanding, compassion, and lasting peace.
The Festival name was inspired by John Lenon’s iconic “Imagine”, which Noa and Palestinian musician Mira Awad performed in the famous San Remo Festival, in English, Hebrew , Arabic and Italian (!), to a peak TV audience of 20 million viewers! See this stunning performance here.
The challenging times and global tectonic shifts, the pain of the ongoing conflict, and the lack of creativity and courage in global leadership, calls us to “Re-Imagine” the world we live in, the possibilities, potential, and power of people to change the world, and achieve peace.
The event, presented by Noa’s Ark Foundation, is a living testament to the belief that “there must be another way” — a reference to Noa’s iconic peace anthem and her 35-year commitment to dialogue, empathy, and action through music.
